human behavior

When a subordinate to be, that person has a set of expectations. Leadership categorization theory (Lord & Maher, 1991), explains that the hope in the form of a prototype expectations. For example, such as the description above, as the Javanese subordinate leaders clearly want accordance with the ideal prototype Java. When leaders of other tribes, and the fact that leaders behave differently with the expectation that the subordinate would be considered superior is not able to lead. Why do they have a set of expectations? Because you want to be subordinate to predict behavior of superiors. Predict? Yes, human beings are habits. Predict the behavior of superiors, which usually does not change, will be subordinate to adjust it with one.
